                      Connect other Partner Apps

                      Below you will find a list of other commonly used Partner Apps and their setup instructions. This list is not exhaustive, any website or app that supports iframe or link embeds can be embedded as a Partner App.

                      Monday copy-icon

                      Overviewcopy-icon

                      Monday.com lets you track projects and workflows, visualize data, and collaborate with teams. You can connect a Board view by following the instructions below.

                      App Setupcopy-icon

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Click Add under Airtable. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as a manual app so that you can embed different data for each client. If you want this app to be visible to all clients, set this as an automatic app.

                      4. Next, click Add. You will be taken to to the app's page, where you can set the embed for each client, group, or company.

                      5. Click Add to add your first embed or link. Select the client(s) or company to share the app with.

                      6. Select Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      7. Next, go to your Monday.com board and follow the instructions here to embed a board view. You can use either the embed code or shareable link.

                      8. Go back to the app page in Copilot, paste the copied link into the content box, and click Save.

                      Google Drive lets you upload, store, and share files. You can connect any file from Google Drive by following the instructions below.

                      Connecting folders from Google Drive requires an additional tool. Instructions can be found in this section under Additional configuration.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Scroll to Don't see your app? and click Add. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic App if you want your file to be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Go to your Google Drive and open the desired file you want to embed.

                      6. Open the menu by clicking the 3 vertical dots in the top-right and select Share. Make sure the sharing permissions are set to Anyone with the link can view.

                      7. Open the same menu again and select Open in new window.

                      8. In the new window, click the menu in the top right and select Embed item...

                      9. Copy the iframe code.

                      10. Go back to the App setup page and paste the copied iframe code into the content box.

                      If you want to embed entire folders from Google Drive, you will need to use an embed code generator which can be found here.

                      You can embed your Google Calendar directly into Copilot, making it easy for clients to view your shared calendar.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Scroll to Don't see your app? and click Add. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      5. Open your Google Calendar in your browser.

                      6. Click the gear icon in the top-right and select Settings.

                      7. Click the name of the calendar you want to embed from the sidebar under Settings for my calendars. This will open the calendar settings.

                      8. Find the Access permissions for events section on the page.

                      9. Check the box next to Make available to public, and choose the permissions you would like from the dropdown. We recommend using the See all event details option.

                      10. Next, scroll down to the Integrate calendar section and find the Embed code. Copy the iframe code.

                      11. You can click the Customize button if you want to customize the display of the calendar (optional).

                      12. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied iframe code into the content box. 

                      Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) copy-icon

                      Looker Studio allows you to turn your data into informative, easy to read, easy to share, and fully customizable dashboards and reports. Copilot makes it simple to embed your dashboards directly within the portal by following the instructions below.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Click Add under Google Data Studio. Note: We have not made the name change in the product as of September 2023, but in the future you will find this under Looker Studio.

                      3. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      4. We recommend setting this up as a manual app so that you can embed different data for each client. If you want this app to be visible to all clients, set this as an automatic app.

                      5. Next, click Add. You will be taken to to the app's page, where you can set the embed for each client, group, or company.

                      6. Click Add to add your first embed or link. Select the client(s) or company to share the app with.

                      7. Select Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      8. Go to your Looker Studio home page and select a document that you want to share.

                      9. Click Edit, then click the main Share button in the top-right corner.

                      10. Set the link setting to Public (anyone with the link can view).

                      11. Then, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the Share button in the top right corner.

                      12. Enable embedding.

                      13. Copy the embed code or copy the embed URL, either will work.

                      14. Go back to the app page in Copilot, paste the copied link or code into the content box, and click Save.

                      Loom lets you record your camera, microphone, and desktop simultaneously to create and publish tutorials, guides, presentations, and more types of videos. You can connect a Video by following the instructions below:

                      2. Click Add under Loom. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your Loom will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Go to your Loom account and find the video you want to embed in your Loom Library.

                      6. Hover over your desired video, and click the link button to copy the link.

                      7. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied link into the content box.

                      Databox pulls all of your data into one place so you can track performance and discover insights in real time. You can connect Databoards by following the instructions below.

                      10. Go back to the app page in Copilot, paste the copied link into the content box, and click Save.

                      Power BI lets you create data sets, transform and clean the data into a data model and create charts or graphs to provide visuals of the data. You can connect a Report by following the instructions below.

                      8. Under File > Embed report, click Website or Portal.

                      9. Copy the link (not the iframe code).

                      10. Go back to the app page in Copilot, paste the copied link into the content box, and click Save.

                      Acuity Scheduling is a tool that allows you to schedule and automate appointments with your clients in a clean and well-designed app. You can embed a Calendar by following the instructions below.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Click Add under Acuity Scheduling. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your Acuity calendar will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Go to your Acuity account and click Scheduling Page Link in the sidebar.

                      6. Under Direct Links and Embedding, select the Embed Other tab.

                      7. Copy the iframe code provided.

                      8. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied iframe code into the content box.

                      Canva is a tool that allows you to design various types of media such as social media posts, logos, invitations, presentations, and more. To embed a Design from Canva, follow the instructions below.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Click Add under Canva. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your Canva design will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Go to your Canva design and click Share in the top-right.

                      6. Click ...More at the bottom of the dropdown and then select Embed <>.

                      7. Copy the Smart embed link.

                      8. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied link into the content box.

                      Google Forms allows you to create online forms and surveys with multiple question types, and analyze results in real-time and from any device. To embed a Google Form, follow the instructions below.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Click Add under Google Forms. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your Google Form will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Go to your Google Form and select the Settings tab at the top of your form.

                      6. Expand the Responses section.

                      7. Ensure that the form isn't restricted to an organization to allow all clients access to the form.

                      8. Click Send in the top-right and select <>. Copy the iframe code.

                      9. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied link into the content box.

                      Copilot makes it simple to share Google Slides with your clients directly within your portal. You can embed Google Slides to share a Presentation with your clients. To embed Google Slides, follow the instructions below.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Click Add under Google Slides. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your presentation will be visible to all clients. If you want to embed different presentations for each client, set this as an manual App.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Next, go to your Google Sheets presentation and click Share in the top-right.

                      6. Under General Access, change it to Anyone With Link.

                      7. Copy the link.

                      8. Go back to the App Setup page, paste the copied link into the content box and click Save.

                      Hubspot is a CRM that enables users to book meetings, share forms, collect leads, and more. Hubspot Meetings can be embedded directly into Copilot, making it easy for clients to book time with you directly in the portal. To embed Hubspot Meetings, follow the instructions below.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Click Add under Google Slides. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your calendar will be visible to all clients. If you want to embed different presentations for each client, set this as an manual App.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Next, go to your Hubspot account, click the Sales tab, and select Meetings from the list.

                      6. Find the meeting you wish to embed and click the Copy link button on the meeting row.

                      7. Go back to the App Setup page, paste the copied link into the content box and click Save.

                      Hubspot is a CRM that enables users to book meetings, share forms, collect leads, and more. Hubspot Forms can be embedded directly into Copilot, making it easy for clients to submit Hubspot Forms directly in the portal. To embed Hubspot Forms, follow the instructions below.

                      2. Click Add under Google Slides. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your meeting will be visible to all clients. If you want to embed different presentations for each client, set this as an manual App.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Next, go to your Hubspot account, click the Marketing tab, and select Forms from the list.

                      6. If you have an existing form that was created as an embedded form, click the Edit button on the form row. Then, click Embed in the top-right and copy the Share link.

                      7. If you need to create a new form, click Create form in the top-right and select Embedded form. Create your form and click Update in the top-right, then click Publish. Then, copy the Share link.

                      8. Go back to the App Setup page, paste the copied link into the content box and click Save.

                      Any website or app that supports iframe or link embeds can be embedded as a Partner App. Below are general instructions for embedding any Partner App.

                      Automatic apps are automatically connected to all clients. All clients will see the same embedded content.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Scroll to Don't see your app? Click here and then set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. In the Setup type menu, select automatic.

                      4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      5. Go to the app you want to embed and copy the share link or iframe embed code.

                      6. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied link into the content box.

                      Manual apps are manually connected to specific clients. You can add different content for each client, which is useful if you need to share content that should only be visible to the connected client.

                      1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

                      2. Scroll to Don't see your app? Click here and then set a title and icon that represents the app.

                      3. In the Setup type menu, select manual.

                      4. Click Add. You will be taken to to the app's page, where you can set the embed for each client, group, or company.

                      5. Click Add to add your first embed or link. Select the client(s) or company to share the app with.

                      6. Select Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

                      7. Go to the app you want to embed and copy the share link or iframe embed code that is specific to the selected client or company.

                      8. Go back to the app page in Copilot, paste the copied link or embed code into the content box, and click Save.

                      9. Repeat the process for each client or company you wish to connect to the app.

                      Restricted Embedscopy-icon

                      Some websites or applications have a policy that restricts link or iframe embeds in external applications. If you try to embed an app that has these restrictions, you will see an error after pasting the link or code into the content box.

                      It is still possible to connect these apps as Partner Apps using the Connect as link setting. Instead of embedding directly into the portal, the connected content will open in a new browser tab. The Partner App will appear as a regular item in the client's sidebar, but the link will open in a new tab when the client clicks on the app.

                      Some apps that offer external embeds cannot be supported by Copilot because the embed code contains JavaScript or other unsupported HTML tags. This is seen most commonly in widgets or other interactive embeds.

                      What if my app does not embed? copy-icon

                      Restricted Embeds Some websites or applications have a policy that restricts link or iframe embeds in external applications. If you try to embed an app that has these restrictions, you will see an error after pasting the link or code into the content box.
