Connect Zoom Scheduling as an Embed

Zoom Scheduling is a tool that allows you to schedule and automate appointments with your clients seamlessly with Zoom. You can embed a Scheduler by following the instructions below.

App Setup copy-icon

  1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

  2. Click the Zoom Scheduler App. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

  3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your Zoom Scheduler will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.

  4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

  5. Go to your Zoom account settings and select Scheduler from the left sidebar.

  6. On the schedule you wish to embed, click the Share button.

  7. Change the width and height properties to 100%.

  8. Copy the iframe code provided.

  9. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied iframe code into the content box.
